The items available in the Barriers tab in the learner delivery plan can be fully customised to reflect the barriers that concern your delivery.
You will need Database Admin permissions to maintain barriers. If you have this permission set, you will be able to access Configuration > Lists and Types > Barriers from the side menu. In this page, you can view any barriers that have already been set up.
To add a new barrier, select Create and enter the Code and Description for the new barrier.
Once you have finished, select Save. The new barrier will now be available to link to your learners in the Barriers tab.
