If a learner has completed an episode of learning, but your delivery is made up of multiple episodes, you can progress the learner record onto a new episode.
To do this, open the relevant learner summary and go to the Other Episodes tab.
In this tab, select Episode Actions > Create Episode.
This will open a window where you can enter the necessary details for the new episode. This process is made up of the same steps as creating a new learner record, but with relevant fields completed automatically from the existing learner data.
After saving, a new record will be available for the learner's new episode of learning. We recommend that you use tags or some other system to ensure that the record for the episode is not confused with the older one.
You may also need to end the old learner's programme if the previous episode of learning has been completed.
