What file types can I upload?
When you are uploading a file in PICSWeb, most common file types can be uploaded, including, but not limited to:
Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, .webp
Documents: .docx, .pdf, .csv, .xlsx
Videos: .mp4, .mov, .avi
Audio: .mp3, .wav
For security reasons, certain file types are blocked, including, but not limited to: .exe, .bat, .msi, .jar, .vbe, .ps2.
What is the maximum file upload size?
The maximum file size you can upload to PICSWeb is 30MB.
If you have larger files, you will need to store them in another system, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube, etc, and then reference them from within PICSWeb using notes or another suitable area of the system.
