The ILR Planned Hours field is managed from the Programme Aim Summary. To access this, open the relevant learner record and go to the Learning Aims tab in their ILR Summary.
The Programme Aim will be indicated by Programme in the Aim Type field. Select ... > Summary by this aim in the list and go to the ILR Data tab.
Any Planned Hours value that has already been recorded will be displayed here. You can add a new value, or amend the existing one, by selecting Edit. Remember to Save if you have made any changes.
