Your database administrators can control other users' access to different functions and areas of PICSWeb by editing their User Permissions.

To do this, first select Users and Access > Users and Permissions from the Configuration section of the side menu to view a list of all PICSWeb users.

Once you have found the relevant user, select ... > Edit Permissions to open a list of all permissions.

Each item in the list is labelled with the Section that it applies to and the Permission that it grants. Any ticked permissions will be applied to the user the next time they log in.

You can use the Find Permission search bar to look for specific sections or permissions. The top tickbox can be used to select or deselect all items in the list.

Once you have made any changes, select Save to apply the new set of permissions.

For more information, take a look at the full list of User Permissions.
