Projected funding in PICSWeb allows you to predict the amount of funding you should receive from your funding body according to the relevant ILR values in your PICSWeb data.
To run projected funding, select Actions > Run Projected Funding from the Funding Calculator.
In the window that opens, choose the contract Year and select Calculate.
The calculations will then run in the background. You will receive an email once they are completed.
Once you have run projected funding calculations, three reports are available in the report template list to output the values:
Projected Funding by Learners – This lists the projected funding values by period for each learner.
Projected Funding by Learning Delivery – This lists the projected funding values by period for each learning aim.
Projected Funding Individual Items – This lists all individual payments that have been calculated in projected funding.
Running one of these reports will produce an Excel spreadsheet containing the projected funding values in the chosen format.
