If you have recorded an offer for an applicant and want to produce a LandFIL document based on the offer data, you will first need to create a new Document Template in PICSWeb List and Type Configuration. We provide an example LandFIL template in our Template Library.
Once the template has been set up, go to the Offers tab in the Applicant Summary, find the relevant offer and select ... > Generate Document from it in the list.
In this window, choose the correct Template and enter a Name for the document, then select Run. The document will then be produced with the details from the offer record imported into the relevant fields. It will be available to download in the Files tab.
