Once you have built your WebForm you can start creating live instances of the form to be completed and imported into PICS data. While WebForms are built in the WebForms section of Form Configuration, live instances are managed and processed in the Forms list on the side menu.
You can only create an instance for a form that has at least one Signature field. This will be indicated for each form in the Status column in the WebForms list.
If a form is Valid for use, select ... > Create Instance to open the new instance window. Here you can enter the following details:
Form β This will display the WebForm that you chose to create an instance for, though you can change this here if necessary.
Owner β This is the Officer responsible for the form.
Selecting Save will create the instance. If you have set your own linked officer record as the Owner, you will be taken to the Form Summary, where you can begin to fill and process the form. If you have set a different Owner, you will be taken to the Form List.
