Once you have run an interactive report, you can view it through the

Available Reports tab. When you first open the report, no information will be displayed.

To begin, choose your display options and select Update Chart. The following options are available:

  • Chart Type - These icons control in what format the data is displayed.

  • Analysis Column - Here you can choose which of the outputs in the report will be used to analyse the data. Each bar or segment in the resulting chart will be used to represent a different value in the chosen output.

  • Analysis Method - Here you can choose whether to measure the different columns by number (Count) or a percentage.

  • Report Filters - Here you can filter the data included in the report by different outputs (though the output used as the Analysis Column will not be available). Any optional outputs chosen when building the report will be available here as well.

Hovering over a bar or segment in the report will show the exact number or percentage represented by the bar or segment.

Selecting a bar or segment will open a window listing each individual item included.
