The QAR report can be generated as either a spreadsheet to download or an interactive report.
To run the interactive QAR report, you will need to limit the report to either Overall or Timely achievement in the Report Total Type field. The Output Type will need to be set to Interactive.
Once you run the report, the only Chart Types available for QARs are Bar Chart and Table.
Instead of the Analysis Method option available for other interactive reports, there are instead two Report Presets you can use:
Achievement Rate % – This shows the percentage of achieved aims out of all aims included in each cohort (as specified by the Analysis Column).
Cohort Count – This shows the number of achieved aims for each cohort (as specified by the Analysis Column).
