Organisation file WebForms

The Organisation File type of WebForm is used to create a document to be attached to the Files list in an organisation record. This will allow you to generate paperwork for an employer or other organisation, capture the necessary details, and have it attached to the relevant record.

Organisation file form instances are generated from the Files tab organisation record:

Once the form owner and any remote recipients have filled and signed the form, authorised users can Approve it from the forms list.

Once approved, a copy of the signed form will be attached to the organisation along with any additional file s uploaded to the form.
