How do I share my reports with other users?

There are a few different ways to share reports with other users. Which one you use depends on whether you want to share a report template for other users to run themselves, or a specific report output file for other users to view.

To share a saved report template, simply set the Sharing field in the Save and Schedule tab to Shared.

Once you Save the report at the bottom of the tab, it will show up in other users' Saved Reports page, with a label indicating which user created it. Other users can then run the report themselves.

To share the output file for a report that you have run, use the Send to Users or Send to Teams fields to choose who to share the report with. Once you generate the report, the specified users will have the report output available to view or download in their Available Reports tab.
