If you have sent a WebForm out for remote filling and signing, but used an incorrect email address, or for some reason one of the emails has bounced, you will need to redirect the form to a valid address before it can be fully signed and submitted.
To do this, you will first need to manually change the form status from Awaiting Remote Signing to Rejected. You can do this by going to the Form Summary and selecting Stop Remote Signing from the Status drop-down menu.
If any signatures have already been captured, you can choose whether or not to Recapture Signatures in the confirmation window. After making your choice, confirm the status change by selecting Save.
Now that the form is Rejected, use the Status drop-down once more to Return to Live.
The Fill and Sign button will now be available in the form summary. Select this to open the fill and sign page for the form.
In this page, you can now re-enter the correct email addresses for the recipients. The remote fill and sign process can then begin as usual.
