If you have entered a new learner who has left their programme before being included in any ILR upload, you should delete them from your PICS data.
To do this, simply locate the learner in the Learner List and select ... > Delete.
If this option is not available, your user account does not have the Delete Learner permission set. We recommend that you set the learner to Withheld from Export in the meantime until an authorised user can delete them.
To do this, go to the PICS Episode Start tab in the learner's ILR Summary and select Edit. Here you can change the ILR Export Status to Withhold from Export, so that the learner will not be included in any future ILR exports before they are deleted.
