If you are licensed to use the PICSWeb Smart Assessor Integration, you will need to enable it first before you can exchange data between the two systems. You will need to have Database Administrator permissions to enable the integration.

First, select Integrations > Smart Assessor from the Configuration section of the side menu to open the Smart Assessor Summary page. The Integration Enabled field will let you know whether the integration has already been switched on or not.

To enable integration, select the Settings button from the top-right of the page. In the settings window, switch on Integration Enabled and enter your Smart Assessor Username, Password and Client Key. Select Save to finish.

The integration will now be enabled. The Connection Test field will confirm that a successful connection to Smart Assessor has been made. You can now begin to enrol learners on the system from PICSWeb and synchronise progression data between the two systems.
