Your Database Admin users can manually refresh qualification data with Smart Assessor if any new qualifications have become available in Smart Assessor and need to be updated in PICSWeb data.
To do this, select Integrations > Smart Assessor from the Configuration section of the PICSWeb side menu. A button is available here to Refresh Qualification Links.
Selecting this will begin the refresh and open a window explaining the process.
Once the refresh is complete, the current qualification data from Smart Assessor will be used to update PICSWeb.
