If you are licensed to use the PICSWeb bksb Integration, you will need to enable it first before you can exchange data between the two systems. You will need to have Database Administrator permissions to enable the integration.
First, select Integrations > bksb from the Configuration section of the side menu to open the bksb Summary page. The Integration Enabled field will let you know whether the integration has already been switched on or not.
To enable integration, select the Settings button from the top-right of the page. In the settings window, switch on Integration Enabled and enter your bksb API Access Key, API Secret Key and Default Password for the learner and applicant accounts you will create. Instructions on finding your API Keys is available in the bksb Integration page in our online help. Select Save to finish.
The integration will now be enabled. You can now begin to create bksb accounts for learners and applicants from PICSWeb and synchronise progression data between the two systems.
