If you have mistakenly deleted a learner, do not panic - any user with Database Administrator permissions will be able to restore them.
To do this, first open the Learner List. In here, select More to add a System Status filter above the list.
In this filter, choose Deleted and run the search. The list will now display all deleted learners that have not been Permanently Deleted.
Once you have identified the learners you want to restore, tick corresponding boxes at the left-hand side of the list. If your account has Database Administrator permissions, the Database Admin Actions menu will appear above the list once a learner has been ticked. From this menu, choose Reinstate All.
Selecting this will open a window where you will need to confirm that you want to restore the learner. Select Yes to continue.
The learner will then be returned to Live system status. You will be prompted to refresh the list to see the restored learner.
