If you have started to create a learner but now need to remove the record, you do not need to finish data entry before this can be done.
Instead, first open the Learner List. In here, select More to add a System Status filter above the list.
In this filter, choose Partial Entry and run the search. The list will now display all learners who have not been fully created yet.
Once you have identified the learners you want to delete, tick corresponding boxes at the left-hand side of the list. If your account has Database Administrator permissions, the Database Admin Actions menu will appear above the list once a learner has been ticked. From this menu, choose Permanent Delete.
Selecting this will open a window where you will need to confirm that you want to delete the learner. Make sure that this is definitely the right action as after being permanently deleted a learner cannot be restored. Select Yes to continue.
The learner will then be completely removed from your system.
