This feature is exclusive to PICSWeb Portfolio.
When uploading a piece of evidence, you can request signatures from the Learner and their Employer Contact, if one is named in the learner's Officers tab.
To request a signature, simply change the status to Required in the Signatures step of the Create Evidence process.
If you want to request a signature after the evidence has been created, go to the Signatures tab in the Evidence Summary and select Edit. In this window, you can amend which signatures are required. Select Save to confirm.
Once a signature has been requested, the learner or employer contact will receive a message in PICSWeb letting them know they need to sign and providing a link to do so.
