This feature is exclusive to PICSWeb Portfolio.
When creating a target scan, you can request answers from the Learner and their Employer Contact, if one is recorded in their Officers tab.
To do this, go to the Target Scans tab in the learner's Delivery Plan or Portfolio and select Add Scan.
In this window, you can the Learner and Employer to the Users field, as well as the Main Officer (labelled in the screenshot as Training Adviser). Select Save to continue.
Any users you have specified will then have the target scan added to their workspace, and a message sent with a link to add their answers.
