Why is the learner qualification progress bar not updating?

Occasionally the Overall Qualification Progress bar in the learner record will not update automatically to show the most recent data.

To fix this, you will need to force the cache to refresh. This is done by going to the Qualifications tab Learner Delivery Plan and editing any of the following fields in a qualification:

  • Start Date

  • Expected End Date

  • Actual End Date

  • Achieved Date

  • Progress Weighting

  • Status

  • Total Elements

  • Elements Done

After saving the qualification, the progress bar should then be updated to show the learner's current progress.
