Visibility groups are a type of user group in PICS used to restrict access to User Defined Forms.
To restrict access to a form by visibility group you will first need to create a new group. To do this, go to Users and Access > Visibility Groups and select Create.
This will open a window where you can edit the group Name and add Users to the group. Select Save once you have added the necessary users.
Now that the group has been created you can start using it to restrict access to a UDF. To do this, go to the relevant User Defined Form Summary and open the Locations and Visibility Restrictions tab.
Select ... > Edit by the relevant location in this list, then select Next to skip to the visibility restrictions section of the edit window.
In here, choose the desired Visibility Group and select save.
After this, only users added to the visibility group will be able to access the UDF in the specified location.
