Enabling the LRS Integration

If you are licensed to use the PICSWeb-LRS Integration (either with the old LRS licence or the new SaaS Silver licence), you can enable the integration from PICSWeb Configuration. Once it has been enabled, you can synchronise Unique Learner Number (ULN) and Personal Learning Record (PLR) data for your learners and applicants between the two systems.

To enable the integration, select Integrations > LRS from the side menu.

In the LRS Summary page, select Settings. Enter the following details and select Save:

  • Integration Enabled – This will need to be switched on to enable the integration.

  • Organisation ID – This is the 6-character number found in your LRS account in the User Management > Find User page. You will need to enter this to enable the integration.

  • New Password – This is the 16-character password you gave on the original integration application form. You will need to enter this to enable the integration.

After saving, the Integration Enabled field in the LRS Summary will display Yes. You can now begin to use the LRS integration.
