Once you have an IQA sample set up and ready to be checked, you can begin checking the individual evidence files that make up the sample.

To do this, first select Learners > IQA from the side menu, go to the Samples tab, and select ... > Summary by the sample that you want to check.

This will take you to the IQA Sample Summary for your summary. The Items tab will show you the evidence files in the sample. Any samples that have already been checked will show the checked date in the Checked column.

To check an unchecked item, select ... > View Evidence to go to the corresponding Evidence Summary. You can then look at the file attachment and any other details.

Once you are ready to finish checking, scroll down to the IQA Details section on the left-hand side of the page and select Edit IQA. Here you can enter the IQA Completed date and any necessary Notes. Select Save to finish the check.

After this, return to the IQA Sample Summary and repeat the process for the rest of the unchecked evidence items.
