You can include scheduled IQA interactions in your delivery models using the IQA Interaction component type.

If no IQA components have been set up yet in your PICS basedata, your admins can do this by going to Delivery > Targets from the side menu, opening the relevant Target Summary, then going to the Delivery Models tab and opening the relevant Delivery Model Summary.

In this page, select Create Component and choose IQA from the Type field in the Create Component window.

After saving the component, you can then add it to any learners on that delivery model. You can also Edit the component to make it Mandatory, which means that it will be automatically applied to new learners on that delivery model.

To add the IQA component to existing learners, go to the Components tab in their Delivery Plan. In this tab, select Actions > Add Components.

In the Add Components window, tick your IQA component and select Add Components.

The IQA component will then be added to the learner record for you to manage. It will also be added to the main IQA component list, which you can access by selecting Learners > IQA from the side menu and going to the Components tab.
