"Planned EEP Hours" (and "Planned Learning Hours", if applicable) are recorded in the 'Planned Learning Hours' section of a learner's ILR.

If a learner has multiple episodes of learning in PICSWeb, then you should record the hours applicable to the learning undertaken for each one, within the ILR 'Planned Learning Hours' sections of those episodes.

Separate 'Planned EEP Hours' values must be entered, for each specific ILR year in which the learner's active.

For example, an episode's "2023 Planned EEP Hours" shall only be exported in the ILR for 2023/24; whereas the episode's "2024 Planned EEP Hours" shall only be exported in the ILR for 2024/25; etc.

During ILR exports, for learners who have multiple episodes, the 'Planned EEP Hours' that have been recorded in each of their episodes (for the specific ILR year that's being exported) are added together, into a combined total of all 'Planned EEP Hours' for that ILR year, recorded for that learner, across all their episodes of learning.

It's this combined total of 'Planned EEP Hours' recorded for that ILR year, across all of the learner's episodes that were active in that year, which will be exported from PICSWeb as the ILR "Planned EEP Hours" amount for that learner, for that ILR year.
