If an Apprenticeship Standard learner has a "ZPROG001" 'Programme Aim', and it has the following details in its 'Start & End' tab:
The "Learning Actual End Date" is recorded
The "Achievement Date" is blank
The "Completion Status" is not "1: Continuing Learning Activities"
... Then that 'Programme Aim' is either "Withdrawn", or "Temporarily Withdrawn".
In either scenario, the ACT 'Apprenticeship Contract Type' record located on the 'Aim FAM' tab of the "ZPROG001" Programme Aim should have a "Valid To" date that matches the "Learning Actual End Date".
