LOE 'Length of Employment' must be completed, on any ILR 'Employment Status' record which has "10: In Paid Employment" recorded for it.
From the 'Employment Status' tab of the learner's ILR, you should edit any record(s) which show "10: In Paid Employment", and ensure that the 'Length of Employment' has been recorded against them:
