When an 'Event' aim is added to a Skills Bootcamp Learner's ILR 'Learning Aims', in order to represent the outcome of their programme, that 'Event' aim must have the same date entered as its "Learning Start Date", "Learning Planned End Date", and "Learning Actual End Date".

In other words, the 'Event' aim must Start and End (and be "Expected" to end), on the exact same date.

If the 'Event' is the offer of an interview (for example), then the date to be recorded in all of that 'Event' aim's fields, would be the day on which the formal offer of an interview was made (not the date of the interview itself).

For further context, and examples, you may refer to the Provider Support Manual 23/24's article on Recording Skills Bootcamps in the ILR.
