If an ILR 'Learning aim' has had an "Original Learning Start Date" recorded (in the 'Start & End' tab of that learning aim's summary), then the RES 'Restart Indicator' FAM must also be recorded for it (in the 'Aim FAM' tab of that learning aim's summary).
This can be added by pressing the "Add FAM" button, and selecting RES 'Restart Indicator' as the 'FAM Type' you wish to record:
