For apprenticeship standard learners, an AchDate_11 validation error will be triggered, if the 'Learning Actual End Date' and 'Achievement Date' (located in 'Start & End' for the "ZPROG001" Programme Aim) are not at least seven days apart.

If an apprenticeship standard learner has finished learning activities, and gone on to complete their end-point assessment, then the 'Learning Actual End Date' for their "ZPROG001" Programme Aim should be the last full day of learning activities;

Whereas the 'Achievement Date' for their "ZPROG001" Programme Aim should be the date their end-point assessment was completed (regardless of whether the learner achieved or failed the end-point assessment).

For further guidance on recording completion for apprenticeship standard learners, you may refer to the Provider Support Manual's article on Recording apprenticeship standard completions.
