In the ILR Specification, the 'Apprenticeship Financial Record Date' may refer to the "Paid Date" of a PMR 'Payment Record', or it may refer to the "Effective Date" of a TNP 'Total Negotiated Price'.
The 'File Preparation Date' is the date on which a particular ILR export file was generated (the date and time of export is reported within the .XML body of the ILR export file, as well in its filename; and cannot be manually changed).
You can not report any apprenticeship financial records (i.e. TNPs and 'Paid' PMRs) that refer to an actual payment, or negotiated price, that is still in the future.
You must delete the 'Paid' PMRs and/or TNPs from the learner's ILR, that are dated to a day that is still in the future.
Alternatively, if the future "Apprenticeship Financial Record Date" comes before the close of the current data submission, then you may wait until that date, in order to generate a new ILR Export file to upload, whose "File Preparation Date" is no longer earlier than the effective dates of the TNPs/PMRs included in that ILR Export file.
