This validation error occurs if an Apprenticeship Standard learner's "ZPROG001" 'Programme Aim' has had its "Achievement Date" recorded in 'Start & End' (indicating that end-point assessment has been completed, and the learner has either achieved or failed); but the "Valid To" date of their ACT 'Apprenticeship Contract Type' FAM record in 'Aim FAM' for "ZPROG001" has either not been recorded, or doesn't match the "Achievement Date".

While an apprentice is continuing learning (or undergoing EPA), their ACT FAM "Valid To" date should be blank.

If the apprentice withdraws from learning activities (or undergoes a temporary break-in-learning), then the ACT FAM "Valid To" must match their "Learning Actual End Date".

On the other hand, if the apprentice finishes learning activities, and then goes on to complete their end-point assessment; then the ACT FAM "Valid To" date must match their "Achievement Date".

As long as the ACT FAM "Valid To" date is kept blank while the learner is "Continuing", then PICSWeb will fill the appropriate "Valid To" date in automatically, when the "Start Break-in-Learning" or "End Episode & Aims" actions are being used to process a temporary withdrawal, full withdrawal, or completion of EPA.
