Where is my order?

Part of my order is missing, I haven't received my order, how do I track my order?

Hi there

Thanks for your order! Read below for answers to common questions relating to shipping.

Orders are dispatched from the Melbourne lab within 2-4 business days, then add shipping time on top. Business days are Mon-Fri.

Only received part of an order:

At times your order might have multiple shipments as we dispatch your products as soon as they are produced.

For example, photo prints may be dispatched faster than photo magnets and you will receive the items separately. We do this to avoid mix ups at the lab, as each production team is in a separate section of the lab and we want to avoid any risk of your photo products being left out or sent incorrectly!

You will receive a dispatch email for each product that is dispatched separately and the email subject will let you know if 'part of your order has been dispatched.' The first sentence will also indicate how many shipments to expect eg 1/2 means 1 shipment of 2 shipments has been dispatched.


Dispatch email and tracking link:

When your order is dispatched:

  1. Your order dispatch details are updated under the 'My Orders' section of the App, which is accessible via the three lines in the top left of the Home Screen, and

2. A dispatch email is sent to the registered email associated with your account. Can't find the email? Check your junk mail in case it has landed in there! This email will contain your tracking number.

Most orders have tracking, however some smaller products eg a small number of photo prints, may be sent via standard mail without tracking (if express hasn't been selected).

Generally standard orders arrive quickly (between 1-7 business days), however the postal services ask that we wait up to 10 business days in case there are any delays.

Express Shipping should arrive within 1-2 business days if you are in the Australia Post Express Post shipping network.
