How to Set Up Your Shopware Integration

  1. Download and Activate the Plugin

    • Download the Piggy Integration plugin from the Community Store, named ‘Customer Loyalty & Giftcards’.

    • Activate the plugin in your Shopware 6 installation via the Plugin Manager under Purchases.

    • Alternatively, upload the plugin ZIP file using the Plugin Manager.

  2. Configure the Plugin

    • Access the plugin configuration by clicking the three dots behind the plugin name.

    • Enter a Client ID and Client Secret.

      • You can find these in your Piggy dashboard account:

        • Go to the 9 dots ‘Tools’.

        • Select ‘Integrations’.

        • Locate ‘OAuth Clients’.

      • If you don't have an OAuth Client, create one using the ‘New OAuth Client’ button in the top right.

      • Click on the newly generated OAuth Client to view the Client ID and Secret.

    • Save the plugin configuration.

    • Validate your credentials.

  3. Select a Shop in Shop Settings

    • In the Shop Settings card, select a shop.

    • If no shops appear, ensure you have at least one webshop configured in your Piggy Dashboard account:

      • Go to ‘Settings’.

      • Select ‘Profiles’.

      • Create a new webshop with ‘New Profile’.

  4. Configure Flow Settings

    • Decide on settings for new customers who are not yet members of Piggy.

    • Choose whether to include taxes and/or shipping costs in the calculation of credits.
