For first-time technicians who have not used ServicePitch before

Welcome to ServicePitch, Pika's next-generation HVAC sales platform to empower you to improve your sales. We've seen up to ~30% higher close rates for organizations that we've worked with.

This article is meant for sales technicians. If you're a sales manager or sales leader, you may find these articles more helpful:

Installation

ServicePitch is supported on two different platforms: iOS (iPad only) and our web application. We strongly recommend using our iOS app for technicians:

  • Our iOS app is offline-first, meaning that you can handle spotty network connections and work quickly without relying on cellular signal or asking the homeowner for their WiFi password.

  • Our iOS app has several new features, including Quick Present (beta), switching between estimates in the Presentation view, and much more. We plan on primarily developing technician point-of-sales features with iPad in mind.

However, web may be a good option for you if:

  • You don't have an iPad, or prefer other devices like a laptop

  • You have regular, consistent network connection

  • You want to get started right away without worrying about MDM policies

Account creation and logging in

During the onboarding process, your Pika account manager should have already set up an account for you. If not, please contact us using the help bubble, or email us at support@withpika.com.

iPad users

Open up the iPad app. You should see a login screen. Simply enter your provided credentials and you should be all good.

Web users

Navigate to app.withpika.com and enter in your login credentials.
