Setting up a Pika Support User in ServiceTitan

Step 1 Setting up ServiceTitan permissions

  1. After logging into ServiceTitan with your administrator account, please click on the gear icon at the top right of your screen

  1. When the Settings page finishes loading, click on “People” and then “Employees” in the menu at the left side of your screen

  2. Then click the blue “Add” button underneath “Employees”

  3. Under “Basic Info”, add in the following user information

    1. Employee Name: Pika Integration User

    2. Company Position: General Office - Non Management

    3. Role: General Office

    4. Email: (generated on the integrations tab in your Rebates Dashboard)

    5. New Account Status: Send invitation via email

  4. Scroll back up to the top of the page, and under “Add Employee”, click on “Permissions” and add the following permissions

NOTE: “Enabled by default – please verify” assumes that your default Role Permissions for “General Office” haven’t been altered. If you’ve edited those default permissions, please pay extra attention to verifying that each permission below is enabled. If you don't have a General Office User Role, you can find the full permission set list from ServiceTitan here.
Please do not turn off standard permissions even if they are not listed below.

Step 2 Bypass TitanAdvisor

Note: You might need to wait until we’ve received, accepted, and logged in as the users created in Step 1 and 2 to be able to bypass the training!

  1. Click the Rocket button at the top right of your ServiceTitan screen

  1. The click on the “Training” tab, then “Team Training”

  1. Finally, click the three dots next to the Pika User's name and click "Bypass training mode"
