Log in to your Pika Account. Please ensure you've set up the ServiceTitan API Integration or this step will not be possible.
Navigate to the upper right-hand corner, click your name, and select Import Rules.
3. Add in the relevant tags, pricebook SKU's, or service descriptions that will automatically trigger Pika to import relevant jobs into the dashboard. Please note, the tags or Pricebook items must already exist in ServiceTitan for them to appear in our drop down list.
4. Select the relevant item and click + add rule. Please note, you can only add 1 rule at a time.
5. Repeat as necessary until all the triggers needed for your programs are present.
