How does Pika generate the list of electricity and gas providers in the household information section?
Pika uses the customer address information stored in your instance of Service Titan and will return relevant electricity and gas providers in that area from Pika's provider list. If you do not see a provider, please notify a member of the Pika team and it will be added straight away.
Is there an administrator role where I can go in and view all of the active proposals amongst all sales representatives in Pika?
Is there an administrator role where I can go in and view all of the active proposals amongst all sales representatives in Pika?
Today, a Pika onboarding member can set up a view where an admin can see all jobs (service + sales) in a Service Titan instance. In the very near future, the Pika team is looking to bring functionality to filter down the jobs to jobs involving only sales.

Why is the price not loading after I save an estimate?
Why is the price not loading after I save an estimate?
After an estimate is saved in Pika, it can take a little while for Pika to write an estimate to Service Titan. Feel free to navigate out to different pages and edit other areas of the proposal while it loads.
If I create an estimate in Service Titan, will it automatically appear in Pika?
If I create an estimate in Service Titan, will it automatically appear in Pika?
These estimates will not appear in Pika. Only the opposite is true where estimates that are created in Pika will appear in Service Titan. This is because Pika estimates are more information rich with data prerequisites needed to calculate rebates and allow the full Pika proposal to function.
When do I use Service Titan vs. Pika?
When do I use Service Titan vs. Pika?
A job will first need to be created in Service Titan. Pika can then pull all of the jobs for a given sales representative. A proposal will then be created in Pika for a job. Once the customer is ready to sign, the Review and Sign button at the end of the Pika proposal will redirect them back to Service Titan where the customer can accept the estimate.

When adding an item from Pricebook, why does it take a while to load?
When adding an item from Pricebook, why does it take a while to load?
This behavior will occur when it is your first time logging in or you haven't logged in a for a while and it is your first service you are trying to add during that login session. The connection with Service Titan takes a while to warm up and subsequent Pricebook item adds should be fast. The Pika team is currently looking for ways to minimize this load time.
If customer has multiple systems, do I add all the household units when filling out the initial Current Household Units section?
If customer has multiple systems, do I add all the household units when filling out the initial Current Household Units section?
Yes! Add all of the household units. Ex. Furnace+AC upstairs, and Furnace+AC downstairs resulting in 4 units in total.
β
To calculate cost savings and efficiency gains, Pika will take a weighted average of all the systems and compare it to the estimate you have created.
Why do we AHRI match twice when adding in a full system? (AC, Furnace, Coil)
Why do we AHRI match twice when adding in a full system? (AC, Furnace, Coil)
One AHRI match is for the furnace alone. The second AHRI match is for the full system. In the case that a system is not AHRI eligible (ex. For federal tax credit) we will have a match just for the furnace in the case that just the furnace alone makes the threshold for a rebate (like the federal tax credit).
How to I take a rebate off the top instead of an after sale incentive?
How to I take a rebate off the top instead of an after sale incentive?
When editing your estimate, scroll down to the bottom to see how much of a rebate the system qualifies for. In this case we are taking the "Xcel energy heat pump rebate" off the top. In this case we'll be taking the $4650 amount off the top.
Then scroll to the top to edit your system to apply the discount
Search for the discount service you typically apply. This is usually a $0 service that you edit to a negative $ amount. If there is no service setup, contact your ServiceTitan admin to get it set up.
In this example case, it is a service called XCel Rebate. Add the service in.
Press the three dots next to the service to edit the price.
Press Save and you should be good to go!
