Pillow’s sleep analysis and detection algorithm learns and improves as you record more sessions to produce more accurate analysis and helpful insights about your sleep.
Initial training period
For the first few nights, Pillow will ask you for some feedback about your sleep to adjust itself accordingly for any subsequent sessions. After the initial training period, Pillow will continue its passive training to further improve its analysis, but it will do so by examining your data already recorded without prompting for any additional information.
Checking Pillow’s training status
To check Pillow’s training status:
Open Pillow on the iPhone/iPad
Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
Select Pillow A.I.
Check the “Status” at the bottom of the screen
Resetting Pillow A.I.’s training
If, for whatever reason, you want to start training Pillow A.I. from scratch you can do so following these steps:
Open Pillow on the iPhone/iPad
Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
Select Pillow A.I.
Select “Reset training.”
Please note that this action cannot be undone and you will lose all the training data already recorded. The sleep sessions you have recorded up to that point and their trends will not be affected.
