Pillow’s Smart Wake-up feature is designed to gently wake you up during lighter stages of sleep, within a custom time window before your set alarm time. This helps reduce grogginess and improves how you feel when starting your day.
If Pillow detects you're in a lighter sleep stage shortly before your alarm is scheduled, it will wake you up earlier for a smoother, more natural awakening.
How to Activate Smart Wake-up
To enable and configure the Smart Wake-up feature on your iPhone or iPad:
Open Pillow on your device.
Tap the alarm clock icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Tap the configuration button (gear icon) at the top right corner.
Select "Alarm options" below your currently set alarm time.
Tap "Smart Wake-up."
Choose your preferred time frame (15 or 30 minutes). This defines how early Pillow can attempt to wake you based on your sleep stage.
Once enabled, Pillow will monitor your sleep cycles and aim to wake you during the optimal window for the most pleasant wake-up experience.
