Additionally, Pillow does not require user accounts, ensuring a simple and private user experience. Users have full control over managing their data. To manage or delete your data:
Open the Pillow app.
Navigate to Settings → Manage Data.
From there, you can view, export, or remove your sleep data as needed. Furthermore, if you have enabled iCloud for backup and synchronization, your data remains encrypted and securely stored in your personal iCloud account, with access limited exclusively to you.
