The colors of your sleep quality score represent different quality levels:
🟢 Green – Good sleep quality (above 70%)
🟠 Orange – Fair sleep quality (between 40% and 70%)
🔴 Red – Poor sleep quality (below 40%)
The arrow indicators next to the score show how your sleep quality has changed compared to your previous recorded session:
⬆️ Arrow up – Improvement in sleep quality
⬇️ Arrow down – Decline in sleep quality
➖ Dash – No change from the previous session
These indicators make it easy to track whether your sleep quality is improving, declining, or staying consistent over time.
