How Can I Create a Tracking Preset?

Where can I set my alarm? I need soothing music to fall asleep, how can I make it play? I want a mode that records sounds.

In order to start tracking your sleep with Pillow, you will first have to set up your preferred sleep tracking preset. To do so:

Pillow supports sleep tracking across multiple Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

  1. Open Pillow on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap on the alarm clock icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.

  3. Tap on the plus ( + ) symbol to create a sleep tracking preset.

  4. Once you have made your choice, tap on "Done" and the preset will become available for use.

  5. When you feel ready to go to bed and start tracking your sleep, tap "Start" and Pillow will begin its analysis.

  • You only need to set up audio recording once per preset.

  • Ensure Bluetooth is on if you're using a paired Apple Watch.

Apple Watch Integration

  1. If you are using an Apple Watch in combination with your iPhone, open Pillow on both devices.

  2. On your Apple Watch, swipe horizontally to select the alarm preset.

  3. Tap Start on your Apple Watch to initiate your sleep session.
