Pillow supports sleep tracking across multiple Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
In order to start tracking your sleep with Pillow, you will first have to set up your preferred sleep tracking preset. To do so:
On your iPhone\iPad:
Open Pillow on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on the alarm clock icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Tap on the plus ( + ) symbol to create a sleep tracking preset.
Once you have made your choice, tap on "Done" and the preset will become available for use.
When you feel ready to go to bed and start tracking your sleep, tap "Start" and Pillow will begin its analysis.
You only need to set up audio recording once per preset.
Ensure Bluetooth is on if you're using a paired Apple Watch.
On your Apple Watch:
Open Pillow on your Apple Watch
Tap on the sleep icon at the bottom left corner of the screen
Tap on the plus ( + ) symbol to create a sleep tracking preset.
Once you have made your choice, tap on "Done" and the preset will become available for use.
To start a sleep session directly from your Apple Watch, simply tap on the preset you created.
