My Sleep Analysis Seems to Be Incorrect
This is an indication that Pillow doesn't have all the necessary permissions to access the Apple Health categories needed to perform sleep analysis. This can easily be fixed by following the instructions in this article:
Sleep analysis missed several hours of my sleep or has detected that I'm awake when I wasn't.
Here's what to check to make sure Pillow is properly configured to perform sleep analysis:
1. Re-analyze the day.
Open Pillow on your iPhone.
Go to the day that you want to re-analyze by tapping on the calendar icon in the top right corner.
Tap on the "Re-analyze" button at the bottom of the screen.
Select the analysis that matches the awake/asleep time more closely.
Tap on "Done".
If re-analysis still doesn't produce the expected results proceed to the next step.:
2. Check automatic sleep tracking settings.
1. Open Pillow on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the "Settings" icon on the top right corner.
3. In the "Exclude Time" option located under "Automatic detection", make sure you haven't excluded any time that you don't want to exclude.
3. Reset Pillow A.I.
1. Open Pillow on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner.
3. Go to "Pillow A.I." > Select "Reset training".
4. Keep recording more sleep sessions as Pillow will try to re-adjust to your sleep patterns.
4. Check your Apple Health data.
Sometimes the Apple Watch fails to send all required data to the iPhone. In this case, Pillow won't have enough data to work with. To check if you have enough data:
1. Open Pillow on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Apple Health Diagnostics".
4. Using the calendar, tap on a date where you would expect Pillow to detect any data.
5. Tap on "Check".
5. Contact support
If you have enough Apple Health data, please contact our support team to help you.
