Do you get reminders to take your medicine even though you have already taken it? Then it may be that the app does are not connected to the pillbox.

Make sure there is a battery in the pillbox by pressing the button of the pill box and making sure you get a flashing light. If you do not get a light, the pillbox needs to be charged. If the light only flashes when you press the button and the charging cable is connected, contact us at support and we will help you.

If the light is white, the pillbox is connected to the app, then contact us for more support. If it is blue, follow the instructions below:

  1. Make sure you have the pillbox close by and Bluetooth turned on on your mobile

  2. Go to the app and tap the Dashboard tab.

  3. At the top right is the battery status and either a check mark (you are connected), or a circle with arrows (as shown below). The arrows mean that you are not connected to the pillbox.

  1. Press the arrows and the app will try to connect to the pillbox, if it manages to connect, the image below will appear, and if you then go back to the top right, the arrows will have been changed to a check box instead.

  1. If this does not happen after 15 seconds, try turning on and then off Flightmode on your mobile phone and then try connecting again in the same view.

  2. If this does not help, try turning Bluetooth off and on, and then try connecting again.

  3. If you do not get connection after this, contact us at support and we will help you.

If you have an iPhone, then be sure not to swipe the app after using it. Then it will lose connection again. You must therefore have the app on in the background for it to be able to connect.
