Restarting the pillbox

Sometimes your pillbox may need to be restarted to work perfectly. Here is how to do that!

  1. Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on your mobile.

  2. Take all your medicines out of your pillbox.

  3. If you see that there is dirt or the like in the compartments, it may be a good idea to wipe them with a damp cloth.

  4. There is a button on the side of the pillbox, press and hold this button for about 10 seconds.

  5. When you release the button, the side light will turn green.

  6. When it has stopped glowing green, turn on Bluetooth on the phone again and the app will connect to the pillbox again. You may receive warnings that you have a low battery and that you have taken medication, but you can ignore these here.

  7. Then put your medicines back in the box and make sure there are medicines in all the compartments (so it may be an idea to do this at home when you have all your medicines available). If you take medications twice a day, check that all morning medicines are in the A-column and all evening medicines are in the B-column. You will then receive a notification from the app stating that the pillbox is on and that you can continue to use it as usual!
