If the pillbox is constantly lit red, without flashing, this is because it has entered an incorrect state and needs to be restarted. You can restart it by:
Hold the button on the side of the pillbox until it stops the red light.
When the red light is stopped, quickly press the side button again. The pillbox will then start up again and re-connect after a short while.
If that does not work, you can try the following:
Empty the pillbox of medicines and then press the button on the side of the pillbox, hold it for 30 seconds and then release. The pill box will then be restarted and you can then re-fill your medications into it.
