Cause

The problem probably stems from that the operating system wants to save battery and does not allow Pilloxa to be run in the background.

Solution

Turn off battery optimization for Pilloxa

Step 1

Open setting and click on the search icon

Step 2
Search for battery optimization

Step 3
Press optimize battery usage

Step 4
Turn off battery optimization for Pilloxa
